Are we local?

We are based in Manchester and we cover the Greater Manchester area.

Will I get to talk to people that know my problems?

Yes you can contact the Service Desk who will help you with your IT needs.

What do you mean by Remote Support?

This is a combination of telephone support and a program that takes over control of your PC or Server ( We will ask for your permission before we take control of your PC or Server) and fixes any software problems. We can fix the majority of problems remotely. If we cannot fix the problem remotely then we can arrange for an engineer to come to your premises.

Will you cover the PC`s and systems we have already

Yes we can.

What hours are you open?

Our standard opening times are from 8am - 6pm. The service is also available 24/7 if you want a 24/7 service.

 

What if I am already in a contract with another supplier?

We can help you transfer to the new service or identify any areas that you might want to cover that are not covered by your current supplier.

How do you compare on cost with others?

Our service provides an excellent value for money service and is very competitively priced we think you will struggle to find a service as good as ours for the price and experience we will give you.

Can we call in to your office?

Yes we have a "drop in service," that allows customers to bring their systems to us if that is easier. Our team of engineers will fix the systems either while you wait or ask you to call back after the problem has been fixed or resolved.
