Service Desk Availability Will Be From 8:00am to 8:00pm Monday – FridayOur Service Desk will be able to take calls from you during this time for this level of service. We will on reasonable endeavours try to resolve your problem either by remotely taking over your PC/Laptop or talk to you on the telephone to resolve the issue. |

Unlimited Number of CallsDuring the service desk hours allocated to your support plan you may make as many service calls as you like providing they are related to the equipment which is on support with us. |

Software Support OnlyWe will provide you software support only such as fix your windows operating system and provide help with other “standard” office packages on a reasonable endeavours. |

Wireless Network SupportThis covers the connection from your wireless device to the broadband router which will allow you to use the internet or another LAN (Local area network) device. |

Broadband SupportWe will ensure that your broadband connection is providing you optimum speed (within your agreement with the broadband supplier) and and secure your wireless broadband. |
