Service Desk availability will be from 8:00am to 10:00pm on Weekdays. 10:00am to 4:00pm on Weekends.

Our Service Desk will be able to take calls from you during this time for this level of service. We will on reasonable endeavours try to resolve your problem either by remotely taking over your PC/Laptop or talk to you on the telephone to resolve the issue.
